Ada specializes in intellectual property matters, with experience in technology transactions as well as licensing and other agreements in various industry sectors. She also advises clients in data protection and other regulatory matters, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In addition, Ada represents growth companies, venture capital funds and corporate venture investors in venture capital transactions. Ada holds an LLM degree in Intellectual Property and Information Law from King’s College London.
