Avance advises The Farmers’ Social Insurance Institution Mela and Metsäliitto Cooperative, the parent company of Metsä Group, in the divestment of their head office property in Tapiola, Espoo to NREP for approximately EUR 90 million.
The property has a leasable area of just over 20,000 square metres and is almost fully leased under long-term leases. Metsä Group and Mela will continue as the main tenants of the property.
