Elina Saviharju works primarily with IP, patent litigation, as well as regulatory and commercial aspects of the life sciences and pharma fields. She has in depth international experience of life sciences and patent litigation from the New York firm Paul Hastings, in addition to domestic technology and litigation experience from Roschier in Helsinki. Elina has a law degree from the University of Helsinki and she is one of the select few Finnish lawyers who have earned an LL.M. degree at Harvard University. Elina is also member of the New York Bar.
Katja Jaakkola has broad international and domestic experience within different areas of competition law, including merger control and cartel matters, having worked at Cleary Gottlieb in Brussels and at Hannes Snellman in Helsinki during the past seven years. Katja has completed an LL.B. degree at the University of London, followed by an LL.M. degree at the elite university College of Europe in Bruges.
Victor Fagerlund focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital market transactions and general corporate advisory. He also regularly advises on private equity investments as well as corporate governance matters. During the last four years, Victor has worked at Hannes Snellman in Helsinki and he has completed his LL.M. degree at the University of Helsinki.
