The transaction is valued at EUR 82.5 million and includes an additional earn-out.
Nebula is a market-leading provider of cloud services, IT infrastructure and network services to small and medium-sized companies in the Finnish market. Nebula is currently owned by Rite Ventures (approximately 80%) and by the company&rsquo:s management and founder (approximately 20%). Through the transaction, Ratos will acquire approximately 75%, Rite Ventures will hold 15% and management and other key individuals will hold approximately 10%.
The company has four data centers, of which two are located in Finland, one in London and one in Singapore, as well as its own leased fiber network between the largest cities in Finland. :
