Avance advises Adven Oy in the acquisition of FC Energia Oy and FC Power Oy from Kemira Corporation and Leppäkosken Sähkö Oy. FC Energia Oy and FC Power Oy are energy production companies that have been co-owned by Kemira Corporation and Leppäkosken Sähkö Oy. In the transaction, the operation and maintenance of both facilities will be transferred to Adven Oy. In connection with the transaction, Adven Oy will also acquire district heating networks and equipment in Sastamala, Pehula from Leppäkosken Lämpö Oy.
