Avance advises the joint project companies of Ahlström Capital, YIT and HGR Property Partners in the investment in and financing of a unique, new office building to be constructed at Kasarmikatu 21 in the Helsinki CBD. The existing buildings from the 1960’s have been demolished and will be replaced by a new office building of some 16,000 sqm, to be constructed in accordance with LEED Platinum environmental certificate requirements. Avance acts as project counsel for the jointly held companies in e.g. site acquisition, permitting, construction contract, letting and financing aspects of the project.
