Avance advises Ahlströ:m Capital, YIT and HGR Property Partners in the sale of the Kasarmikatu 21 office property to a significant international property investor making its first investment in Finland. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year. The 16,000 sqm office complex located by the Kasarmitori square in Helsinki is being built by YIT in accordance with LEED Platinum environmental certification. The property has been fully let with exceptionally long lease agreements, the average lease duration being greater than ten years.
