Avance advises Aktia Bank plc in connection with its acquisition of Elisa Rahoitus Oy. Aktia gives the popular electronic service Elisa Lompakko a new home. Elisa Lompakko, launched in 2012, was the first mobile payment service in Europe, transmitting payment messages instantly from one user to another. The service may be used with smart phones and is free to download for registered users. Elisa Lompakko has been downloaded by some 120,000 users.
