Avance advises Alma Media in two transactions involving consumer online services:
Alma Media has made an investment in digital service company Etua Oy, a provider of competitive tender services for loans and insurances. The investment builds on the Alma Media group’s digital services business in the financial sector.
Alma Mediapartners Oy, an Alma Media group company, has acquired AutoJerry Oy, the leading online marketplace for car servicing. AutoJerry includes 1,630 car repair workshop partners covering about 50% of all repair workshops in Finland. The acquisition further strengthens Alma Media’s consumer services offering in the automotive industry.
