Alma Media is selling Mascus to Mascus International BV, which is backed by Vortex Capital Partners, a Dutch based venture and expansion capital firm focused on technology companies. The pre-tax value of the asset transaction is EUR 11 million.
Mascus serves as an international online marketplace for construction machines, farm machinery, forestry, material handling and grounds-care equipment and transportation vehicles.
