Antilooppi has signed an agreement to acquire a portfolio of nine properties in Ruoholahti from Sponda Oyj and its subsidiaries. Ruoholahti is one of Helsinki’s prime office submarkets and the gateway to CBD Helsinki from the western part of the metropolitan area. The lettable area of the portfolio is approximately 100,000 m² and it also includes more than 1,650 parking places.
Closing of the transaction is expected to take place during spring 2020 and it is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
