Avance advises Alma Media Corporation in the acquisition of a 35% minority stake in Alma Mediapartners Oy. As of completion of the acquisition, Alma Mediapartners Oy will become wholly-owned by Alma Media Corporation. The acquisition will support the development of Alma Media’s marketplace business related to housing and cars in line with its strategy. The brands of Alma Mediapartners Oy include Etuovi.com, the largest housing search engine in Finland, as well as Vuokraovi.com and Autotalli.com.
