In the newly published Euromoney Real Estate Survey 2018, Avance was for the second consecutive year ranked as the number one provider of legal services within real estate in Finland.

Euromoney magazine’s annual Real Estate Survey is one of the most reputable surveys in the real estate sector. It canvasses the opinions of the leading firms – the developers, investment managers, banks, advisors and corporate end-users of real estate are all invited to take part. Respondents, senior executives, are asked which firm they think have been the best provider of real estate products and services in their market over the past 12 months. Overall category results are produced by aggregating the nomination points received and the participation points awarded for nominating peers.
