Mergermarket has just announced the firms that have made the shortlist for this year’s prestigious European M&A Awards. Building on the strong track record since its launch in 2011, Avance is once again shortlisted in the category of Finland M&A Legal Adviser of the year 2015.
Firms are shortlisted by statistical analysis of Mergermarket’s M&A database, an industry standard for M&A league tables.
Each shortlist represents the top investment banks, private equity investors, corporate acquirers, legal and financial M&A advisors, accountants and public relations specialists across Europe who have excelled in dealmaking over the past year. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on 8 December 2015.
