The Financial Times and Mergermarket have revealed the firms that have made the shortlist for this year’s prestigious European M&A awards. Building on the strong track record since its 2011 launch, Avance is shortlisted in the category of Legal Advisory of the Year 2013 (Finland).
Firms are shortlisted by statistical analysis of Mergermarket’s M&A database, an industry standard for M&A league tables.
Each shortlist represents the top investment banks, private equity investors, corporate acquirers, legal and financial M&A advisors, accountants and public relations specialists across Europe who have excelled in dealmaking over the past year. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on 12 December 2013.
