Avance advises Nasdaq Stockholm listed Bravida and its subsidiary Bravida Finland in the acquisition of Jyväskylän LVI-palvelu Oy, a company specializing in service and installation within heating, plumbing and ventilation.
The acquisition is the sixth one made by Bravida in Finland since its market entry in 2015.
