Avance advises Nasdaq Stockholm listed Bravida in its acquisition of a 65% majority share of the Finnish solar energy company Savon Aurinkoenergia Oy.
Headquartered in Kuopio, Savon Aurinkoenergia Oy is a growing energy company that sells solar energy solutions to private customers and companies all over Finland.
The acquisition is Bravida’s seventh in Finland since Bravida’s market entry in 2015. Avance has advised Bravida on five of these transactions.
