Avance advises Finland-based Canatu Oy, a developer of carbon nanomaterial components, in its capital raise from the existing investors 3M Ventures, Ascend Capital Partners and eFruit International as well as the auto parts manufacturer MINTH GROUP and the pension insurer Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company investing in the company as new investors.
