Avance advises the owners of JAM Advisors, a Finnish technology and solutions-oriented reporting, analysis and wealth management firm, in the sale of 60 per cent of its share capital to CapMan Plc.
The completion of the acquisition requires approval from the FIN-FSA as well as the fulfilment of other terms and conditions for the acquisition.
