Avance advised Castellum AB, one of Sweden’s largest listed real estate companies, in the acquisition of Hämeentie 15, a historic office building located in the Sörnäinen district of Helsinki, from CapMan Nordic Real Real Estate fund. The property comprises approx. 7,800 square meters of lettable area in one of the city’s most dynamic developing areas, located just north of the CBD with excellent communications.
Hämeentie 15 was built in 1956 with an extension in 1990. The office building also offers service in the form of a gym, a restaurant and a sauna with a terrace on the top of the building.
