Avance advises Solidium Oy, the largest shareholder in Metso Corporation and Outotec Oyj, in connection with the planned partial demerger of Metso, whereby Metso’s Minerals business will be combined with Outotec. The combined company, comprising Metso Minerals and Outotec (but excluding Metso Flow Control), will be named Metso Outotec. The Metso Flow Control business will remain a listed entity under the name of Neles.
