Avance advises Keskisuomalainen Oyj in connection with the combination of the company’s two share classes and related directed share issuance to the holders of former class K shares in the company. As a result of the abolishment of the dual class share structure, Keskisuomalainen now has a single class of shares and all shares in the company are publicly traded on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.
