Avance advises CVC Capital Partners in connection with the exit of Paroc Group, a leading producer of mineral wool insulation for building and technical applications in Europe, including the sale to Owens Corning for an enterprise value of approximately EUR 900 million. The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions, is anticipated to close in early 2018.
