Avance advised Danske Bank Plc in EUR 42.9 million financing arrangements made available for the purposes of financing the public tender offer by Renideo Holding Oy, a company controlled by funds managed by CapMan Plc, for all shares issued by Oral Hammaslääkärit Plc, a leading Finnish dental healthcare provider. The transaction was completed in June 2014.
