Avance advises DIF Capital Partners, a leading global independent infrastructure investment manager, in the acquisition of a 71% stake in Plugit Finland Oy, a leading electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure company in Finland.
Founded in 2012, Plugit has become one of the largest EV charging infrastructure companies operating in the Finnish market. Plugit delivers and operates charging infrastructure projects for businesses and public sector organisations, providing complete turnkey solutions, including design, hardware provision, operations, maintenance and end-to-end software, as well as a fully-funded Charging-as-a-Service product.
Closing of the transaction is expected to take place before 2021 year-end.
