Avance advises Elenia Group in the issuance of EUR 165 million in secured bonds and EUR 120 million in secured senior notes.
The bonds were issued in three separate series under the existing multicurrency program and are listed on the London Stock Exchange. The guaranteed secured senior notes were issued in a private placement to certain institutional investors in the United States.
