Avance advises Enreach, the fast-growing unified communications group backed by investment company Waterland, in the acquisition of Benemen Oy, a leading provider of cloud-based communication solutions in the Nordic countries.
Finland-based Benemen brings significant added value to Enreach’s UCaaS (unified communications-as-a-service) and CCaaS (contact center-as-a-service) solutions with off-the-shelf integrations to key ecosystem players such as Salesforce and Microsoft. The acquisition expands Enreach’s Nordic presence and boosts their MVNO (mobile virtual network operator) coverage in Finland, Sweden and Poland.
