Avance advises Special Investment Fund eQ Care (AIF) in its acquisition of 27 care properties from the Healthcare I Fund managed by Northern Horizon Capital. The acquired portfolio consists of nursing homes built between 2006 and 2012 and has a total lettable area of nearly 50,000 sqm.
