Avance advises eQ Care – Special Investment Fund in the agreement to sell an approximately 222 million euro healthcare property portfolio encompassing altogether 55 assets to Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ). The transaction is subject to merger clearance and the aim of the parties is to close during the fourth quarter of 2020.
