Avance advises eQ Community Properties Fund in the acquisition of an approximately EUR 165.6 million public-use healthcare portfolio from the City of Oulu. The portfolio includes hospital, healthcare center and care home properties in Oulu, all leased under long-term lease agreements to the City of Oulu.
