Avance advises Special Investment Fund eQ Finnish Real Estate (AIF) in its acquisition of five properties from Citycon Oyj for a total value of approximately 74 million euros. The properties have a total lettable area of some 47,000 sqm with Ruokakesko Oy and Tokmanni Oy as lead tenants.
