Avance advises eQ Finnish Real Estate Fund in its acquisition of the B and C buildings of Alberga Business Park located in Leppävaara from a fund managed by Amundi Real Estate. Completed in 2012 and 2013, the buildings are the second and third phase construction of the five-building business park. In total, the buildings comprise 11,000 square meters of leasable area and 228 parking spaces.
Alberga Business Park is a BREEAM Very Good certified office complex for approximately 2,000 employees in the heart of Leppävaara and the immediate vicinity of the railway station and the shopping centre Sello.
