Avance advises eQ Commercial Properties Fund in the sale of a newly built parking property in Helsinki to an infrastructure fund controlled by Equitix, a UK-based infrastructure asset manager. The parking property was constructed in 2021 and is located in Jätkäsaari right next to the Helsinki West Harbour, one of the busiest passenger ports in Europe. The property offers up to 725 parking spaces and is fully let with a long-term lease agreement to the Port of Helsinki.
