Avance advised Terveystalo with respect to the merger control proceedings in the acquisition of Attendo’s healthcare operations in Finland. The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (the FCCA) approved the acquisition on 14 December 2018. The FCCA investigated the acquisition in in-depth Phase II and granted an unconditional clearance at the end of the proceedings.
