Avance advised Nyfosa Finland in relation to real estate financing arrangements comprising term loan and revolving credit facilities made available by a Nordic lender group. The transaction was Nyfosa Finland’s first financing arrangement in the Finnish market and provides financing for acquisitions already made by the company since its entry into the Finnish market in June 2021, as well as for future acquisitions. Nyfosa Finland aims to build a property portfolio with a value of about SEK 7 billion within five years, a substantial part of which was achieved already by end of 2021. Nyfosa Finland is a property investment company which is majority-owned by Nyfosa AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, and managed in partnership with Brunswick Real Estate.
