Avance advises Fortum Corporation (listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki) in the EUR 2.55 billion divestment of its electricity distribution business in Finland to Suomi Power Networks, a consortium of Finnish pension funds Keva and LocalTapiola Pension together with international infrastructure investors First State Investments and Borealis Infrastructure.
