Avance advises Futureplay and its shareholders in the announced sale to Plarium, a global leader in midcore mobile and PC games with more than 390 million users worldwide. Futureplay is a Helsinki-based game studio founded in 2015 with mobile titles including Merge Gardens, Battlelands Royale, and Idle Farming Empire. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of August 2021, subject to closing conditions.
