Avance advises Greenfood Group in its acquisition of the fresh fruit and vegetables business of Apetit Oyj. Greenfood Group is a leading Nordic supplier of fresh-cut vegetables and fruit in the retail and HoReCa sector. The transaction is expected to be completed during the second half of 2019, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
