Avance advises Harry Schaumans Stiftelse (HSS) in the sale of HSS Media Ab to Bonnier News. HSS Media’s newspapers Vasabladet, Österbottens Tidning och Syd-Österbotten, as well as the local radio station Radio Vaasa and marketing agency Seger Marketing, will be part of the Dagens Nyheter business area of Bonnier News.
The consummation of the transaction is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
