Avance advises Hemsö, Sweden’s leading private owner of properties for public use, in the acquisition of the Paavola campus buildings from the City of Lahti for approx. EUR 80 million.
The campus, located in the center of Lahti, will have adaptable and multi-purpose facilities for learners of different ages. The campus will be renovated over the period 2020-2023 and the buildings will cover an area of approx. 30,000 square meters.
The City of Lahti will remain as tenant of the premises with 20-year leases.
