Avance advises funds managed by Intera Partners in the investment in Rantalainen Accounting Services. According to an agreement signed on 24 May 2018, the Rantalainen family, the management of the company and the funds managed by Intera Partners will establish a new holding company for the Rantalainen Accounting Services group.
Operating nationwide, Rantalainen Accounting Services is an authorized group providing financial management, accounting and reporting services and is the third largest accounting firm in Finland.
