Avance advises Nixu Corporation, the largest specialist provider of cybersecurity services in the Nordic countries, in its initial public offering and listing on the First North Finland marketplace maintained by NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. The EUR 4.99 million offering was oversubscribed, and trading in the company’s shares is expected to begin on 5 December 2014.
