Avance advises Keskisuomalainen Oyj in a transaction where its subsidiaries Jakelusepät Oy and Ilves Jakelu Oy have agreed to divest their operations related to early distribution of newspapers in Northern Savonia (Pohjois-Savo), Päijät-Häme and Kanta-Häme to Posti Palvelut Oy. Concurrently and as part of the transaction, Keskisuomalainen Oyj and Posti Oy have also entered into a co-operation agreement relating to early distribution in a number of regions across Finland.
The contemplated date of closing of the transaction is 29 April 2022 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
