Avance advises Onvest Oy in the EUR 369 million divestment of Onninen Group to Kesko Corporation (listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki).
Onninen offers comprehensive material and information flow solutions to contractors, industrial customers, public organizations, and retailers and suppliers of technical products. Onninen has approximately 3,000 employees in its operations in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Russia and the Baltic countries, and net sales of approximately EUR 1.5 billion in 2014.
