Avance advised the real estate company Kielo, managed by Brunswick Real Estate, in the acquisition of an office property (Martintalo) in the Finnish city of Vantaa 20 kilometers outside Helsinki. The property built in 1992 comprises 14,000 square meters of office space and is located with good transportation and connections in Vantaa and greater Helsinki area.
