Avance advises Kielo, a real estate company managed by Brunswick Real Estate, in the acquisition of a 53,000 sqm office portfolio with three properties situated in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The portfolio was sold by Niam.
The transaction is Kielo’s fifth acquisition since the company was established in October 2017 and increases the value of its property portfolio in Finland to almost EUR 500 million.
