Avance advises Kielo, a company owned by Brunswick Real Estate and a group of international investors, on the EUR 104.5 million acquisition of a 49,000 sqm office property portfolio consisting of nine properties in Jyväskylä from Technopolis.
The closing of the transaction is expected to take place before the year-end 2017.
