Kingspan Group is the global leader in rigid insulation products for use in the construction and related industries and has a combined annual turnover of approximately EUR 2 billion across its business areas. The transaction enables Kingspan and SPU to offer high performance rigid insulation products in the Nordic and Baltic markets.
