Avance acts as counsel to Finnish construction company Lemminkäinen Corporation (listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd) in the divestment of its concrete business (Lemminkäinen Rakennustuotteet Oy) to Rudus Oy (part of the CRH plc Group). The transaction price is EUR 55 million, which will yield approximately EUR 20 million in capital gain.
