Avance advises Lemonsoft Oy, a Finnish software company, in the acquisition of the entire share capital of PlanMill Oy, a Finnish company developing and delivering cloud-based real-time software solutions for professional service providers and project-based industries. The combination of the two companies will create a new, strong PSA (Professional Services Automation) provider in Finland with exceptionally solid experience in developing ERP, finance, payroll, and work time management software solutions.
